But that date is still a long way off and working away all alone and in silence can be frustrating. We all know. We've all been there. So, to keep us all excited and motivated we’re again starting up our informal weekly "Support and Chatter" posts.

Some people here are longfic writers, some people here might attempt their first longer story. Don't be afraid. Talk to each other, help each other out and share tips and ideas. We're all excited to see what comes of it in the end!

We're over a month in now, and even if people aren't actively working on BB yet, we're glad to see many are interested in joining. But first, your update on what's happening in the comm!

The new season of Avengers Assemble airs on June 17th, and to celebrate, we're going to host a countdown! Sign-ups end tomorrow, plus there's no length requirement, so please consider joining if you love AA Steve/Tony!

The Superhusbands Aluminum Anniversary Anthology deadline is also drawing closer, with a week until the deadline for creator sign-ups! But maybe you're still working on your Reverse Big Bang story before you can even start thinking about all these other events? Also keep in mind that creator sign-ups for our very own Captain America/Iron Man Tiny Reverse Bang are also in progress. We are taking art now, but writing prompts will go up in less than a month. Let yourself be inspired.

Speaking of Stony Trumps Hate, all the creator pages have gone up and they're looking amazing! Bidding starts tomorrow, so for now, take a look at who's on offer and get your wallets and trigger fingers ready for a week of bidding! Other than STH, the Superhusbands Aluminum Anniversary Anthology deadline is also drawing closer, with less than 3 weeks until the deadline for creator sign-ups! But maybe you're still working on your Reverse Big Bang story before you can even start thinking about all these other events? Wait, we're not done yet! On other parts of LJ, marvel_bang has also started up sign-ups! Their minimum is 10k words, so for those Steve/Tony stories you can't quite get into our cap-ironman BB, here's the place to submit! Sign-ups for Marvel BB will close on Jun 1st for authors and September 2nd for writers.
