They tend to have humorous banter in every interaction and there may or may not be crushes on both sides, in both civilian and fighter personas! They find each other out in some inane way, by recognizing a unique habit or pet peeve...

Before he died, Howard had Tony collared, trained, and bound to his estate, which would go to Steve if he was ever found. SHIELD hands Tony over almost as soon as Steve wakes up, but he's not sure what he's supposed to do with him.

Soulmate Fic

When you turn 18 you wake up to your soulmate. In the universe there's never been a case of time travel. Its 1936 and Steve wakes up to Tony who is in jeans and an MIT tee shirt. Tony ends up spend an unidentified amount of time and just sort of resigns himself to staying in that era (a couple of months?) when he wakes up back in his dorm. Fast forward to the Avenger Movie and.......

+I just really want pre-serum artistic Steve and young dorky Tony before his parents passed away
+Really want to see Tony roughing it out with Steve and having to deal with financial stuff and food and lack of tech but settling in and going with it.
+Tony getting to meet pre-Winter Solider Bucky and they have a wonderful bromance
+++Would love it if they got engaged/married
+Tony desperately trying to find Steve in the future, he doesn't give a rip that he would be in his 50s
+Tony maybe still goes off the deep end after his parents die, drugs,drinking,womanizing. Or maybe he stays loyal to Steve even if it isn't really healthy.Either way if you have them engaged or married he wears the ring and/or has it on a necklace.
+Maybe Tony's not out as Iron Man
+Maybe after World War 2 and Afghanistan Steve and Tony are having a hard time connecting with each other but then realize that they're still the skinny kid from Brooklyn and the genius from MIT

Those are just suggestions, basically do whatever,go wild,have fun. If you get really really inspired do a remix where instead of Tony going to the past Steve goes to the future. MIT Tony and Rhodey FTW!!!!

What if Intersex/Hermaphrodites were rare but existed in an a/b/o universe. Sooo for example Tony smells like an Alpha and can knot but has all the traits and instincts of an omega. i have so many ideas for this.

+Howard treats Tony like an Alpha or like he's a freak and Maria either ignores him or you could go supportive awesome Mom Maria whatever floats you boat.
+Rhodey and Pepper can be in the know or not.
+Would be fun to explore the restrictive molds that society puts on masculinity/men/Alphas.
+A lot of the instincts/body language that Omegas do naturally can be considered off putting/really rude from an Alpha.
+All Tony wants is for people to play with his hair and wrap around blankets to watch T.V.
+Tony has a hard time fitting in with the Avengers.
+How inconvenient would it be if whenever you were distressed you scented like an Alpha ready to fight. Like all you want is cuddles and the situation to calm down but your body is betraying you and making it all worse.
+Except for maybe Bruce.

+He personally takes each Avenger out and gets them wardrobes as a form of bonding.
+This is amplified with Bruce because he is the first Omega he's been in extended contact since his Mom/Anna/Jarvis or ever and he cant help touching him and giving him things.(Omega snuggles FTW!!!)At first Bruce thinks Tony wants to have sex with him but is alright with it because hes done more for less but Tony never asks for anything.Eventually Bruce shrugs it off and lets him indulge in all of his need to take care of people that no one else on the team will let him and Rhodey and Pepper tolerate.
+Tony craves pack structure.
+Maria/Jarvis/Someone made Tony a family quilt that still smells like them because magiccc.
+Tony steals worn shirts from all of the Avengers and makes Bruce a quilt because every Omega should have one.

I really should try writing some of my own stuff but until then.......
