You can sign up here.
Claims can be chosen via Doodle (a scheduling poll website) on a first-come-first-served basis. Each date is available for two posting teams, based on the Artist’s Team Name (remember to only choose one date for each team, even if there are two authors!). The dates available will be April 30th - May 31st. When you claim, enter your team name (example: Team Valor), then choose your preferred date. (Doodle will sometimes hide some of the dates so make sure you click the “show all 32 options” button if you can only see the first few days.)

IMPORTANT: Your posting team is determined by the Artist’s Team Name. This means that if an Artist is working with multiple Authors, both Authors will post on the same day. If two teams consisting of an Artist and two Authors each claim the same posting date, four fics will post on that day. Artists, be sure to communicate clearly with all of your teammates. Any team member can claim a date for posting, but each team will only be allowed to claim once. Please let us know if you have any questions (comment here, ask on tumblr, or email us at cap.im.events@gmail.com).
IF YOU NEED AN EXTENSION: If you are unable to claim a posting date that works for your schedule, or if you know that you will need some extra time to finish your work for the challenge, please let us know ASAP so that we can discuss extension possibilities. For a creator to receive an extension we will need to receive a draft of the work and an estimate about how much remains to be finished. If a team consists of an artist and two authors and only one author needs an extension, that author can get an individual extension. If an artist needs an extension, we would ask that authors wait until that extension date to post. Extensions will be available throughout May and into June. All works completed and posted before June 15th will be included in the official round-up post. If a creator fails to post a finished work by June 15th their new deadline will become the Big Bang Draft Submission date. If they do not complete their work by that date they will not be eligible to participate in the Big Bang, or future collaboration-based Cap-Iron Man challenges, until either the work (or equivalent gift-work) is completed or a full calendar year has passed.
We’re looking forward to seeing the results of all your hard work these last few months!
