Authors writing for cap_ironman community fests are strongly encouraged to have their fics beta read.

What is a beta?

Just like beta testers play video games before their release and then give feedback about the game, beta readers will get fic when it's still in the writing stage and will edit it, give feeback, serve as a second set of eyes and a brain to help the author make sure that their fic is the best that can be.

If you would like to offer your services as a beta, please leave a comment with the following info.
