Follow the example from last year for tagging. Comm tags are not free form, so if you don't have an author/artist tag yet (x: username) then leave us a note and we'll create one for you.
When you make a new post there is a "post to" option. Switch it to the cap_ironman community. (You will probably need to join first if you haven't already.) Then, below the large text box is a smaller one for tags. Hit the "select" link next to that and you can choose which tags to use (you'll only see the correct list if you have your post set to go to the comm).
